2. You will receive a welcome email with your client code and the address of our warehouse in Miami to which you must send your packages.
3. Activate your account from the welcome email.
4. Buy in your preferred online stores and enter the information that we provide in the welcome email in the shipping address.
5. You will receive a notification via email when your packages are in our Miami warehouse with a link so that you can upload your invoice, if you have not yet pre-registered your purchase in the Declare Purchases section of our website.
6. You can track your package in your user profile on our website.
7. As your package is available in our warehouse in Panama, you will receive a notification via email where we will inform you of the amount you have to pay so that you can pick up your packages or request our home service for only USD $3.50 plus ITBMS up to 5 packages that do not exceed 20 pounds (standard plan) or totally free for Commercial plans in the Metropolitan area.
