    We are a solid company legally established in Panamanian territory under the name of Panacarga Logistic, SA, which provides the locker service (PO Box) under the Courier modality and backed by our ally in the United States: Panacarga Logistic Miami, LLC, a company of Freight Forward cargo. We take care of bringing your parcel from the USA to the door of your house with the best rates in the market. You buy on the page of your preference, enter the delivery address of Panacarga Logistic in the United States, your name and customer code and that’s it. You buy, we take care of taking it to the door of your house.

  • 03. What are the prices of the service?
    We have two (2) Standard Plan plans – USD $3.00, deliveries at USD $3.50 plus ITBMS up to 5 packages that do not exceed 20 LB air meter. Remember that you will have to pay taxes and duties corresponding to each import if the content of your package exceeds a value of USD $100.00 CIF (US cost + freight + insurance).
  • 04. How does it work?
    We take care of bringing your packages from the USA to Panama, with the best rates in the market since we have our own warehouses in both the USA and Panama. We have two (2) plans according to your need: 1) Standard plan USD $3.00 per pound, home delivery to USD $3.50 up to 5 packages that don’t exceed 20 pounds, air meter. For delivery to provinces, it is carried out by different means of transport, Price depends of the destination. 2) Commercial Plan, for Coloader, companies at a preferential rate, free deliveries in the Metropolitan area. For deliveries to provinces, it’s carried out by different means of transport, Price depends of the destination. The Customs Laws of Panama establish that for each package that you send to our warehouse in Miami, if the content exceeds USD $100 CIF (US cost + freight + insurance) you must pay the taxes (ITBM and DAI) that your package generates .   • 06. After registering, what else should I do?
    You will receive an automatic email with your account and the way you should direct your packages to our warehouse in Miami, additionally in that email we will send you your username and password for our website.   • 07. How can I use the services of Panacarga Logistic?
    Like this: Register through our website with the plan of your interest (Standard and Commercial). You will receive a welcome email with your client code and the address of our warehouse in Miami to which you must send your packages. Activate your account from the welcome email. Buy in your preferred online stores and enter the information that we provide in the welcome email in the shipping address. You will receive a notification via email when your packages are in our Miami warehouse with a link so that you can upload your invoice, if you have not yet pre-registered your purchase in the Declare Purchases section of our website. You can track your package in your user profile on our website. As your package is available in our warehouse in Panama, you will receive a notification via email where we will inform you of the amount you have to pay so that you can pick up your packages or request our home service for only USD $3.50 plus ITBMS up to 5 packages that do not exceed 20 pounds (standard plan) or totally free for Commercial plans in the Metropolitan area. ¡THAT’S IT!
  • 08. How long does it take for my package to arrive?
    In our warehouse in Miami, air is processed every day, generally your packages must arrive in Panama between 24 and 48 hours after being received as long as they arrive before 9:00 AM Miami time. That is, between 1 and 2 days except weekends (Saturday and Sunday), and also except during high seasons when airlines and airports are very congested.

    We take your packages to the door of your house! With our Commercial Plan, delivery within the Metropolitan area is totally free! In our Standard Plan, delivery within the metropolitan area has a cost of USD $3.50 up to 5 packages that do not exceed 20 pounds, by air metro.   • 12. How can I track my packages?
    You can track your packages once they have been received at our Miami warehouse, by entering your user profile on our website and clicking on the “track” icon. There you can check the status of the packages you have in transit from Miami to Panama.
  • 13. Is the quotation an approximate?
    We want to tell you that the amounts shown in our quote is an approximate value of the service and customs charges. It is important that you always upload the invoice to ensure that customs taxes are calculated on the correct value of your package, otherwise the customs agent can adjust the price at their discretion and collect taxes on that. Finally, we remind you that the final costs may vary depending on the current customs declaration and other charges such as special handling or other import requirements.
  • 14. Can I bring packages that were not purchased online?
    You can gladly use our services, you should take note of this: Packages with new items: must be sent labeled with your information, your mailbox code. In addition, you must have the invoices for the items so that you can pre-register.   • 15. What is the pre-register for?
    It is important so that your package can be transported from the US to Panama. In Panama, only packages whose content costs more than USD $100.00 CIF (US cost + freight + insurance) pay taxes. PANACARGA LOGISTIC offers FREE insurance for your packages up to USD $50.00 after verification of the invoice and if it complies with the provisions of the contract. If you want an optional insurance for loads whose purchase value is greater than USD $200.00 and less than USD $1,000.00 you can request it for USD $6.00, for loads with a value greater than USD $1,000.00 the cost of the insurance will be USD $6.00 for each USD $1,000.00 (except for fragile merchandise that applies other rates).
  • 16. How do I upload the invoice to the Panacarga Logistic system?
    Have the invoice of the store where you made the purchase. Download it, take a photo or take a screenshot of it. Enter your user profile on our website and upload the invoice, make sure you have your tracking number as it is the nomenclature that we will use to locate your package. There are several restricted and special handling items that you can check on our website, since they are considered hazardous materials, they have shipping restrictions.

  • 18. What do I do if the USPS reports that my package has already been delivered, but I have not been notified by you?
    You will have to wait an additional 3 to 5 days, the United States postal service USPS marks the packages as delivered when they arrive at a distribution center of them, this is a USPS system error.
